“Practise using the 6 elements of story: Action, Description, Dialogue, Introspection, Emotion, and Exposition”

I gazed at the moon, “A mulberry”, I said, sighing. Their voices traveled upstairs to our corner under the window.
“Yeah”, He said, “I had Coffee”.
“Are you going to make coffee?
“Then make me one.”
“Please”
“”I tackled myself through the nets, trying to hide my Elephant slippers. The old lady hurried to join me, “Shh” she said, her finger on her mouth. Blotches of blood stained the curtains. I sucked onto my minty, and pinched my nose. Maybe I could have a coffee after we got all this done.

Outside, The neighbour stopped at Nemo’s house with a box of Galaxy. I turned to the old lady What was that?
“I have knee problems “.
I laughed “You’re only young!”. She had too many missing teeth. I said that to make her feel better, to make myself feel better. Then we heard the scream.

“is it Ess?” she said, leaning on me.
“Can’t be” I said,” they’ve gone shopping”
“It came from the blue gate”
I climbed out the balcony window, “I need to see what’s going on”. Then I stumbled, “Ma’m please.” She had the curtain rod in her hand. “that wont help”.
“But you have a sore knee” she said, holding my arm. Flies swarmed through the crack in the window. The old lady cupped her hands and giggled. “Hope they don’t wonder what we’re doing”. I managed to count her teeth , or what was left of them.
“Four left.” I said.
“Pardon me?”.
“Oh, Look!” I said, pointing at the ceiling, “Birds!”.
She backed away, and my arm slipped.

Then she smashed the glass.
The pieces sprinkled all over me and my head fell to the tiles. What’s wrong with you?” I said, bursting into tears. She didn’t run away, she peeked through the curtain instead “Look what your generation has done to mine!” she said, louder than necessary.
A pair of boots clopped through the hallway.
